    This work presents spectroscopic X-ray measurements using TimePIX hybrid silicon pixel detector. The goal was to distinguish between different materials due to their response on the X-ray photon energy. Incident tube spectrum was spitted into three channels utilizing detector energy thresholds. Studied object was tomographically reconstructed for each energy bin separately. Each bin was colorized by one color red, green and blue (RGB coding), it gives us an estimation about the material composition in 3D.
