Detailní studium povrchu mikroorganizmů a expertíza jejich ultrastruktury byla prováděna pomocí vysokorozlišovacího rastrovacího elektronového mikroskopu stejně tak i specifická příprava vzorků nutná pro samotné pozorování v mikroskopu. Detailní chemická analýza byla zprostředkována pomocí Ramanovy spektroskopie.

Detail investigations of microorganisms surfaces and expertise of their ultrastructure was performed using an high-resolution scanning electron microscope as well as a specific sample preparation required for the imaging. Detailed chemical analysis of the samples was characterized using a Raman spectroscopy.
