Time dependence of the intensity of the photoluminescence in small quantum dots of InAs is studied theoretically, with help of the nonadiabatic influence of the lattice vibrations on the electronic upconversion. Origin of the photoluminescence in nanostructures of semiconductors with indirect gap is suggested.
