    Electronic, magnetic, and cohesive properties of GeTe alloy in both zinc-blende and rocksalt structures with impurities doping Ge sublattice were studied from first principles. Also exchange integrals and correponding Curie temperatures were estimated. Emphasis is put on Mn-doped GeTe and explanations of its magnetic properties.
