Hodnoty katechinu, myricetinu, kvercetinu a isokvercitrinu v pohance (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) byly stanoveny s pomocí HPLC. Studovali jsme změny jejich hodnot v jednotlivých částech rostlin v průběhu růstového období a jejich vliv na růst vybraných plevelů.
