Příspěvek pojednává o managementu Banky československých legiích, která se vyznačovala řadou specifik, nejen ve svém personálních složení, ale i ve svém podnikání. Banka jako jedna z mála byla po personálních stránce "stavovská". Naprostá většina jejích akcionářů a zaměstnanců byli legionáři a jejich příbuzní. Management banky byl striktně legionářský. V čele banky stál do roku 1934 František Šíp, v letech 1934–1939 Josef Khyn. Problémy se vyskytly již v druhé polovině 20. let, kdy začala banka podnikat na Slovensku a Podkarpatské Rusi. Banka odmítla přizvat jak do nejvyššího tak do středního managementu zástupce slovenských a podkarpatoruských elit.

The aim of this article is to take a closer look at the management of the Bank of Czechoslovak Legions, which was featured by many specifics, not only in it’s personal structure, but also in the way of business. The personal constitution of the Bank was "corporative". Only a few banks in that time had the same personal constitution as the Bank. Most of their stockholders and employees were Russian legionaries and their relatives. Until the year 1934 the Bank was headed by František Šíp. Josef Khyn in years 1934–1939. The management of the Bank was strictly legionary. Most of the problems had already started in the late twenties of the 20th century, when the Bank started doing business in Slovakia and Sub-Carpathian Russia. As for the highest to the lowest management the Bank refused to ask the representatives of the Slovak and Sub-Carpathian elite.
