Cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs) are key regulators of cell cycle. Due to deregulation of CDKs in many cancer cells pharmacologically active CDK inhibitors were developed. Development of chemoresistance to anticancer drugs represents one of the main obstacles in the successful anticancer treatment. In this proteomic study, pharmacologically active CDK inhibitor and a model of human T-lymphoblastic leukaemia cells were utilised to study development od chemoresistance.
Cyklin dependentní kinázy (CDK) jsou regulátory buněčného cyklu. Díky jejich deregulaci v řadě nádorových buněk byly vyvinuty farmakologicky aktivní inhibitory CDK. Zároveň vývoj chemorezistence k protinádorovým léčivům představuje jednu z hlavních překážek protinádorové terapie. V této proteomické studii byla použita jako model lidské hematologické malignity CEM T-lymfoblastická leukemická linie nádorových buněk a farmakologicky aktivní inhibitor CDK ke studiu vývoje chemorezistence.
