    We have investigated cholinergic neurotransmission markers in young adult and aged APPswe/PS1dE9 female mice. We found both age and transgen dependent changes. The most important change is impairment of muscarinic receptor-mediated signaling in young transgenic mice

    Sledovali jsme markery cholinergní neurotransmise samic mladých dospělých a starých APPswe/PS1dE9 myší. Našli jsme změny závislé jak na věku tak i na přítomnosti transgenu. Zvláště závažné je narušení přenosu signálu mezi muskarinovými receptory a G-proteiny
