To further exploire the in vivo disposition characteristics of poly[N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide] (pHPMA), we evaluated the pharmacokinetic and biodistribution in organs of 6 polymers differing in molecular weight using a rat prostate tumor model.
