    We show in the present investigation that bromouridine - triphosphate is efficiently used by both extranucleolar and nucleolar RNA polymerases in living cultured cells. The failure to detect incorporated bromouridine within nucleoli is entirely due too improrer treatment of cells after bromouridine inporation.
