We used confocal laser scanning microscopy to analyze chromosome-derived expression of plasma membrane proteins intragenously tagged with mRFP and GFP in S.cerevisiae.

Využili jsme konfokální mikroskopii na živých buňkách S.cerevisiae ke studiu distribuce membránových přenašečů intragenově značených pomocí fluoreskujícího proteinu GFP.
