The paper is a follow-up to previous papers of the authors describing the results of numerical simulations of the pulsed-laser induced phase transitions in CdTe and CdZnTe. Here, kinetics of laser-induced phase transitions in CdTe is studied by in situ (during laser processing) and ex situ (before and after laser irradiation) methods.

Článek navazuje na předchozí práce autorů, které popisovaly výsledky numerických simulací fázových změn v CdTe a CdZnTe vyvolaných ozařováním pulzními lasery. Tento článek pojednává o kinetice fázových změn v CdTe v důsledku ozařování pulzním laserem a popisuje výsledky získané jak studiem in situ (během laserového zpracování), tak metodami ex situ (před a po ozáření laserem).
