    We present a parameter-free theory of the Curie temperatures for GaMnAs alloy samples with a very small content of P atoms prepared by ion-implented pulsed laser melting. The effect of compensating defects was first qualitatively modeled in the framework of the rigid-band, Curie temperatures were calculated within the self-consistent local RPA and Monte Carlo simulations. We obtain reasonable agreement of calculated and measured Curie temperatures.
