Die Studie befasst sich mit den ökologischen, ökonomischen, politischen und nicht zuletzt auch mit den moralisch-sozialen Ursachen des Zusammenbruchs der kommunistischen Regime in der ČSSR und in der DDR im Jahre 1989. Sie stützt sich auf die Archivrecherche und auf neue Fachliteratur und mit Hilfe der Komparation thematisiert bestimmte synergetische Verkettung genannter Ursachen des Umbruchs.

Study deals with ecological, economic, political, social and moral causes of the collapse of the communist regime in Czechoslovakia and East Germany in 1989. It is based on archive research and newest publications. The study analyzes, using comparative method, a synergistic effect of the above mentioned causes of the 1989 events.
