SW pro řízení elektrostatického tubusu vybaveného hybridním pixelovým detektorem.
[SW for control of electrostatic column equipped with hybrid pixelated detector.]

Technical parameters: Software pro řízení programovatelného napěťového zdroje pro elektronovou optiku projekčního tubusu. Zdroje napájí tři multipólové korektory a jednu elektrostatickou čočku. Software umožňuje nezávisle nastavit až 8 potenciálů pro jednotlivé korektory v rozsahu ±800 V se společnou zemí a 2 potenciály -100 V až -8 kV se společnou zemí pro elektrostatickou čočku. Navíc lze pro každý korektor zvolit symetrické nastavení potenciálů odpovídající dipólovému, kvadrupólovému či oktupólovému poli.
Economic parameters: Software realizovaný při řešení grantu a využívaný příjemcem s předpokladem smluvního využití s ekonomickým přínosem i po jeho ukončení. Kontakt: Ing. Ivo Konvalina, Ph.D, konvalina@isibrno.cz.
