Technical parameters: Postup výroby balzámu se skládal z navážení a smíchání surovin fáze A s následným vyhřátím směsi na 85 °C s mícháním po dobu 15 min turbínkou při 400 rpm. Poté při chladnutí směsi byla zvýšena rychlost turbínky na 800-1200 rpm či byla směs homogenizována s využitím homogenizátoru Ika T25 Ultra Turrax. Při teplotě 40-45°C byly přidány látky fáze B. Po snížení teploty balzámu na 25-30°C, byl balzám plněn do kelímků a ponechán uležet po dobu 24 h.
