    Technical parameters: Funkční vzorek spočívá v nově vyvinuté a optimalizované metodě PCR v reálném čase (qPCR) se sekvenčně specifickými sondami typu TaqMan. Celkem sedm sad specifických primerů a sond umožňuje senzitivní a specifickou detekci kritických kontaminant běžně kultivovaných mikrořas. Cílem detekce (amplifikace) je mnohakopiový gen 18S rDNA. Efektivita reakcí se pohybuje nejčastěji mezi 95 a 105 %, limit detekce je, s výjimkou dvou případů, mezi 6 a 200 molekulami v reakci. Byla vytvořena plazmidová kontrola izolace DNA s vlastní optimalizovanou reakcí.
    Economic parameters: Výrobek je použitelný v biotechnologických provozech jako prevence proti kontaminacím. Využitím se zvýší zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany provozu.
