Mapa a tabulky půdních subtypů v české části povodí Labe pro model SWIM.
[The Map and tables of soil subtypes of the Czech part of the Elbe river basin for the hydrological model SWIM.]

Description: Mapa půdních subtypů byla odvozena nástroji GIS z mapy půdních typů (Taxonimického klasifikačního systému) v měřítku 1 : 200 000 pro českou část povodí Labe. Subtypy byly odvozeny na základě analýzy podílů zrnitostních frakcí získaných ze souboru 1000 analyzovaných půdních sond, z Komplexního průzkumu půd, obsahujícího fyzikální a hydropedologické vlastnosti pro jednotlivé sondy.
Jednotlivým subtypům jsou přiřazena čísla a jsou pro ně definovány tabulky hydropedologických vlastností vyžadované jako jeden ze vstupů hydrologického modelu SWIM (Soil and Water Integrated Model), příp. SWAT (Soil & Water Assessment Tool). Tabulky obsahují zrnitostní frakce, mocnost horizontů, objemovou hmotnost, pórovitost, podíl organické hmoty, nasycenou hydraulickou vodivost, polní kapacitu a dostupné vodní kapacity půdy.
[The soil subtype map was derived using GIS from the 1:200 000 Soil type map of the Czech Republic delineating particular soil types. Specific subtypes were determined based on textural characteristics obtained from the assemblage of one thousand soil pits located in the Elbe River catchment analysed in the framework of the Czech complex soil survey from 60’s of the 20th century. The Czech complex soil survey contains the information about physical and chemical properties for particular excavated soil pits. Soil subtypes were delineated as a unique combination of the soil type obtained from the Soil map and the soil physical characteristics which resulted into 40 soil subtypes. Each soil subtype is characterized by the table of soil properties which are required by mesoscale hydrological models e.g. Soil & Water Assessment Tool (SWAT) or Soil and Water Integrated Model (SWIM). The tables contain the information about the depth of particular soil layers and for each of them they encompass textural characteristics, bulk density, porosity, organic matter content, saturated hydraulic conductivity, field capacity and available water capacity.]
Technical informations: Dataset obsahuje textové soubory s tabulkami (*.dat) a soubory polygonů vektorové mapy s atributovou tabulkou (*.dbf, *.shp, *.shx), které lze načíst např. softwary ArcGIS.
