Data k článku: Modelování vlivu změny klimatu na výnosy plodin a vodní bilanci v rozdílných osevních postupech.
[Modeling the impact of climate change on crop yields and water balance in different crop rotations.]

Description: Obrázky jsou zaměřeny na budoucí produkci a využití vody a představují výsledky kontinuální dlouhodobé simulace souboru devíti růstových modelů (APSIM, CROPSYST, DAISY - 2 verze, DSSAT, EPIC, HERMES a MONICA - 2 verze).
[Figures are focused on future production and water use, and present continuous long-term simulation results of an ensemble comprising nine crop models (Agricultural Production Systems sIMulator (APSIM), Cropping Systems simulation model (CROPSYST), Soil Plant Atmosphere System Model (DAISY) (2 versions), Decision Support System for Agrotechnology Transfer (DSSAT), Environmental Policy Integrated Climate (EPIC), HERMES, and Model of Nitrogen and Carbon dynamics in Agroecosystems (MONICA) (2 versions)). All nine crop models are multiyear, multi crop, cropping system simulation models with daily time steps developed to serve as analytical tools to study the effects of the interaction among climate, soil, and management on cropping system productivity.]

Data k článku "Differences in phenological term changes in field crops and wild plants – do they have the same response to climate change in Central Europe?".

Description: Dataset obsahuje přehled vstupních fenologických a klimatologických dat, která byla použita pro vyhodnocení rozdílnosti v trendech několika monitorovaných druhů (polních plodin a volně rostoucích bylin, keřů a stromů). Fenologické projevy byly sledovány různými organizacemi (ČHMÚ - Český hydrometeorologický ústav) a UKZÚZ (Ústřední kontrolní a zkušební ústav zemědělský) v různě dlouhých periodách a na různých lokalitách. Pro všechny lokality byla použita klimatická data pro návaznou analýzu korelace mezi fenologickými projevy a klimatickými proměnnými (konkrétní použité klimatické parametry jsou specifikovány v přiloženém souboru).

Description: Soubor obsahuje jednotlivé obrázky k článku "The transcriptional landscape of the developmental switch from regular pollen maturation towards microspore-derived plant regeneration in barley". Jedná se o různá data popisující jak metody, tak převážně analýzy a výsledky získané během prováděných experimentů, např. RNAseq data. Jsou tak zobrazeny heatmapy, Vennovy diagramy, bubble ploty a další typy grafů. Heatmapy ukazují exprese vybraných genů/trankripčních faktorů, Vennovy diagramy pak diferenciovaně exprimované geny (upregulované a downregulované). Součástí je i grafický abstrakt článku.
