    Description: Obsahuje různé typy údajů popisující jak metodiku, tak především výsledky a analýzy provedené během experimentů, zejména na základě RNA-seq dat. Vizualizace zahrnují teplotní mapy, Vennovy diagramy, bublinové grafy a další typy grafů: Teplotní mapy zobrazují expresi vybraných genů a transkripčních faktorů. Vennovy diagramy znázorňují rozdílně exprimované geny (jak zvýšeně, tak sníženě). Součástí je také grafické shrnutí článku (graphical abstract). Data jsou uspořádána do tří Excelových souborů: Soubor 1: Podrobné informace o nukleozomovém jádře a histonovém linkeru. Soubor 2: Seznam markerových genů specifických pro jednotlivé fáze embryogeneze. Geny zmíněné v textu rukopisu jsou tučně zvýrazněny, transkripční faktory jsou označeny modře. Soubor 3: Obsahuje nezpracované počty čtení (raw read counts) a hodnoty FPKM pro jednotlivé vývojové fáze.
