Technical parameters: Teplotní spínač byl navržen pro možnost přerušení chlazení nosiče vzorku v TEM při zachování chlazení radiačního štítu (kryoboxu). Spínač je určen pro spojení s chlazeným dnem Dewarovy nádoby s kapalným dusíkem (LN2). Teplotní spínač sestává z chlazené tepelné kotvy, pevné a pohyblivé části spínače, obalového vlnovce, topného odporu, měděného svazku pro tepelnou vazbu s palcem Dewarovy nádoby a ovládacího mechanismu. Spínač umožňuje plynulé nastavení tepelného odporu od 0,5 K/W po 200 K/W a tím i dosažení požadované teploty nosiče vzorku při minimální spotřebě LN2 a výkonu topení. Navržený rozsah pracovních teplot je 77 K - 300 K, ale je možné jej připojit k chlazení kapalným heliem (LHe) a využít pro pracovní teploty mezi 5 K - 400 K.
Economic parameters: Funkční vzorek realizovaný při řešení grantu, s předpokladem smluvního využití s vědeckým a ekonomickým přínosem i po jeho ukončení. Kontakt: Ing. Aleš Srnka, CSc., ales@isibrno.cz.
