Technical parameters: POLYETERETERKETON (PEEK) byl použit na výrobu optické části tubusu elektronového mikroskopu. Optický prvek byl vylepšen nanesením tenké kovové vrstvy (Al, Cr, W) pomocí magnetronového naprašování.
Economic parameters: Funkční vzorek realizovaný při řešení grantu slouží k výzkumným účelům. Funkční vzorek byl realizován pro konkrétní zařízení, a proto nedochází k přímému prodeji vzorku.
