Holografické měřidlo pro free form povrchy.
[Hologaphical device for measurement of freeform surfaces.]

Technical parameters: Holografické měřidlo osvětluje povrch z 16-ti směrů různými vlnovými délkami (v rozmezí 770nm - 850nm) a pomocí CMOS senzoru s velikostí 2016x2016 pixelů (velikost pixelu 3.1um x 3.1um) sbírá odražené a rozptýlené světlo od objektu. Na čipu se interferencí s referenční rovinnou vlnou vytváří digitální hologramy, které jsou pomocí algoritmů vyhodnoceny do podoby odchylky tvaru plochy od jejího nominálního předpisu.
Economic parameters: Měření freeform povrchů bez nutnosti skenování povrchu. Vhodné pro broušené povrchy. Urychlení samotného měření i úkony s měřením spojené. Dosáhnutí větší efektivity výrobního řetězce.
