Radiative Transfer Model 3.0 for PALM-4U.

Technical parameters: Nová generace multireflekčního radiačního modelu pro explicitní modelování radiačních interakcí, integrovaného do mikroměřítkového atmosférického modelu PALM-4U. Model řeší toky krátkovlnného a dlouhovlnného záření v komplexním geometrickém prostředí města nebo složitého terénu včetně interakce radiace s plně rozlišenou vegetací. Nová generace modelu pro radiační interakce díky novým algoritmům a optimalizované paralelizaci zásadně zlepšuje škálování, současně simuluje větší škálu radiačních procesů a snižuje některé diskretizační chyby. Model je napsán v jazyce Fortran 90 a paralelizován pro HPC pomocí MPI-3 rozhraní.
Economic parameters: Díky zásadnímu zlepšení škálovatelnosti umožňuje nová generace modelu simulovat výrazně rozsáhlejší oblasti než předchozí verze. Díky nově simulovaným procesům je možné modelovat širší škálu prostředí a typů počasí se zvýšenou přesností. Model je dostupný pod stejnou licencí GPL jako zbytek modelu PALM na stránkách modelu PALM.
