Technical parameters: Kalibrační vzorek obsahující mikrometrové struktury s různých materiálů vykazující odlišnou emisivitu sekundárních elektronů. Tloušťka jednotlivých materiálů je 150um a šířka proužků ze stříbra a chromu je 2 respektive 1 um.

Manipulátor s mikrometrickým posuvem pro miniaturizovaný spektrometr sekundárních elektronů.
[Manipulator with micrometric shift for a miniaturised secondary electron spectrometer.]

Technical parameters: Manipulátor držáku vzorku tvaru pravidelného osmihranu, kde pojezdy jsou realizovány formou tří bronzových pružin. Ty svírají mezi sebou úhel 120°, přičemž umožňují posun v rozsahu +- 1mm s přesností 10μm v každé ose nezávisle.
