    Nová protizánětlivá léčiva založená na přírodních látkách.
    [New anti-inflammatory drugs based on natural substances.]

    Technical parameters: Připravené sloučeniny byly charakterizovány pomocí 1H a 13C NMR, MS a elementární analýzy, čistota byla ověřena HPLC/UV. Biochemickým měřením s rekombinantními enzymy byly stanoveny hodnoty IC50 pro vybrané proteinkinázy, které deklarují vysokou aktiviti a selektivitu vůči CDK v řádu nM. In vitro účinnost byla ověřována pomocí MTT/resazurinu, detekcí proliferačních a apoptotických markerů. In vivo účinnost byla ověřena na myším xenotransplantačním modelu. Stanoveny byly základní parametry ADME/T.
    Economic parameters: Látky se schopností inhibovat oba pro-zánětlivé enzymy (COX-2 a 5-LOX) jsou považovány za perspektivní při léčbě zánětlivých onemocnění. Získané látky s protizánětlivým účinkem mohou být využity jako nová lěčiva.
