Soubor primárních dat izotopového složení floémové mízy, jejího toku v dřevinách a hrubé primární produkce smíšeného listnatého lesa.
[Datasets on phloem sap carbon isotope ratio, sap flow in tree species, and gross primary production in a mixed broadleaf forest.]

Description: V rámci tohoto dokumentu jsou zpřístupněny primární datové soubory poměru stabilních izotopů uhlíku v míze a toku floémové mízy (sap flow) u dominantních dřevin smíšeného listnatého lesa (Quercus robur, Fraxinus angustifolia a Carpinus betulus). Dále jsou prezentovány denní sumy hrubé primární produkce ekosystému smíšeného listnatého lesa, odhadnuté pomocí techniky eddy kovariance. Tyto datové soubory obsahují primární hodnoty použité v publikaci Stojanović et al. (2024), s názvem „Disaggregation of Canopy Photosynthesis Among Tree Species in a Mixed Broadleaf Forest“, publikované v časopise Tree Physiology (DOI: 10.1093/treephys/tpae064).
[Primary datasets of carbon isotope ratio in phloem sap and sap flow in dominant tree species of a mixed broadleaf forest (Quercus robur, Fraxinus angustifolia, and Carpinus betulus) are provided. Additionally, daily sums of ecosystem gross primary production in the mixed broadleaf forest, estimated using the eddy-covariance technique, are presented. These datasets contain the primary values used in the publication by Stojanović et al. (2024), titled "Disaggregation of Canopy Photosynthesis Among Tree Species in a Mixed Broadleaf Forest" and published in the journal Tree Physiology (DOI: 10.1093/treephys/tpae064).]
