Soubor chinozolinových derivátů selektivně inhibujících cyclooxygenázu-1.
[Set of quinazoline derivatives that selectively inhibit cyclooxygenase-1.]

Technical parameters: Připravené sloučeniny byly charakterizovány pomocí 1H a 13C NMR, a HRMS. Čistota byla ověřena pomocí UPLC/UV. Biochemickým měřením s rekombinantními lidskými nebo ovčími enzymy byly stanoveny hodnoty IC50 pro cyclooxygenázu-1 (COX-1) a cyclooxygenázu-2 (COX-2), které deklarují nanomolární aktivitu a selektivitu vůči COX-1. In vitro účinnost na buňkách byla ověřována pomocí měření buněčné viability po 72h. Stanoveny byly základní parametry ADME/T, v nichž sloučeniny vykázaly vysokou stabilitu.
Economic parameters: Vzhledem k vysokému výskytu nádorových onemocnění a vzniku rezistence vůči dostupným léčivům mají nové protinádorově-aktivní sloučeniny možný tržní potenciál jako kandidátní nová léčiva.
