Aktivní látka do kosmetiky získaná ze suspenzních kultur rostlin.

Technical parameters: Funkční vzorek se týká výtažků z autotrofních buněčných kultur merlíku (Chenopodium rubrum), rajčete (Solanum peruvianum) a huseníčku (Arabidopsis thaliana) kultivovaných za světla v MS médiu a 1,5 % CO2. Výtažek byl získán extrakcí 60 % propylenglykolem, 15 h při 35 °C a extrakčním poměru 1:80. V extraktech bylo detekováno několik fenolických látek s protizánětlivým, antioxidačním a antimikrobiálním účinkem a několik terpenoidů. Stabilní nanoemulze extraktu merlíku (A280220) byla získána tak, že etanolový extract (1:40, 16 h, 40 °C) byl po odpaření etanolu rozpuštěn v CCT oleji a ten byl následně pomocí emulgátoru Kolliphorem EL emulgován do emulze. Hrubá emulze byla dále podrobena homogenizaci 7x 2000 barů na přístroji Microfluidics M-110P. Enkapsulovaná forma také vykazovala antirakovinnou, anti-age a antioxidační aktivitu. Nanoemulze extraktu merlíku penetruje lépe oproti formě v oleji.
Economic parameters: Popsanou technologií lze zajistit získání bioaktivních látek z buněčných kultur merlíku
