Kniha sa zaoberá s dôležitými revitalizovanými pojmami maďarskej ústavnej histórie (napr. historická/organická ústava, Svätá koruna, republikanizmus, terminológia etc.) Tieto pojmy sú osobitne aktuálne po prijatí nového Základného zákona Maďarska v roku 2011. Občas však spôsobujú problémy pre súčasnú ústavnoprávnu vedu, lebo ich dnešná interpretácia a aplikácia je veľmi zložitá a ťažká.
Description in English
The book deals with important notions of Hungarian constitutional history, which have also relevance today (e.g. historical/organic constitution, Holy Crown, republicanism, terminology etc.) These notions are very current after the adoption of the new Fundamental Law of Hungary in 2011. Sometimes these revitalised notions make problem for the current Hungarian legal sciences, because their interpretation is very different and difficult.
