To vedlo k dalekosáhlým změnám v řadě oblastí života tehdejší společnosti. V této době byly položeny základy sídelní struktury a poprvé se na našem území objevuje plánovité zakládání městské sítě. Jaká byla role tehdejších zeměměřičů (lokátorů) při tvorbě půdorysů nových měst? Description in English This article deals with the question of what caused the locational boom in our countries, where from the middle of the 13th century, in the era of the last Přemyslovci dynasty, occurs an economic, cultural, political and power rise of the Czech state. This leads to far-reaching changes in a number of areas of life of the society of the time. In this period, the foundations of a residential structure are laid and it is also the first time that establishments of planned urban networks are appearing.
