Description in English The relationship between the frequency of oscillation of a construction and its age is important to the study of long-term changes in the properties of materials and the detection of damage to the construction. Change to the tensile modulus of concrete as a result of shaping is important, though the monitoring of this effect has not, to date, been demanded by any legal regulation. Determination of the effect of change to the tensile modulus of concrete on dynamic response and its separation from other effects on the dynamic response of a construction must be considered with great sensitivity, in particular the weakening of load-bearing cross-sections by cracks, changes to boundary values, structural modifications, renovation, changes to constant load, etc. Workplace Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics Contact Kulawiecová Kateřina, kulawiecova@itam.cas.cz, Tel.: 225 443 285 Year of Publishing 2019
