Slovník chtěl formou bio-bibliografických medailonů spisovatelů narozených nebo působících v Českém království postihnout dějiny vzdělanosti Čech v souladu s konceptem historia litteraria od počátků vzdělanosti až po Cerroniho současnost. Description in English The edition makes available fifth and sixth volume of a handwritten dictionary of scholars, Scriptores Regni Bohemiae written in the end of the 18th and at the beginning of the 19th century by Johan Peter Cerroni (1753–1826). The dictionary composed of bio-biographical entries of the authors of the Kingdom of Bohemia aspired to capture history of learning within Bohemia since its beginnings by Cerroni's present, in accordance with the concept of historia litteraria.
