AnnotationFree-molecular gas flow in cylindrical channels (capillaries) in various schemes of molecule scattering by channel walls in view of surface diffusion is considered. The problem of separation of gas mixtures in their flow through membranes with nanopores is studied. The problem of uniform deposition of thin films on the inner surface of the fine cylindrical channel is discussed.
