Annotation
Článek přináší základní popis legislativy České republiky, jak se vyvíjela v roce 2012, resp. jakých celkových hodnot jednotlivých sledovaných ukazatelů bylo v tomto roce dosaženo. Jedná se o součást pravidelného monitoringu české legislativy, jak se zobrazují prostřednictvím jejich zveřejňování ve Sbírce zákonů České republiky, resp. Sbírce mezinárodních smluv. V tomto základním přehledu je sledován zejména stav a vývoj primární a podzákonné legislativy v České republice, dále inovativní, resp. novelizační tendence a aktivity na poli legislativy zachycující vývojové perspektivy a dále pak též faktor mezinárodního vlivu na českou legislativu, a to se zvláštním zřetelem k působení EU a její legislativní aktivity. To vše s ohledem na komparativní perspektivy vztahované k bezprostředně předcházejícím letům i v delší v zásadě již více než pětileté periodě, kdy pravidelný monitoring včetně publikování jeho výsledků probíhá.

The article presents the basic description of the Czech legislature in the year 2012 as a part of the regular quantitative monitoring of the Czech legislature, its current state and development conducted and published yearly in the Journal Právník. This quantitative description of more or less statistical nature uses data obtained from the database LexGalaxy which was originally created and is still maintained by the author of this article. Special variables were defined for these purposes, i.e. the indicator of the amending activity in legislature, the indicator of the international influence on the Czech legislature and the indicator of the authority or sovereignty of act of law as the indicator of democratic character of legislature. This study uses comparative method with reference to the previous years of research. The main goal of the study is to provide the basic data and simple primary quantitative foundation for other scientific reasoning in the field of the state, law and legislature.
