Tento přístup lze vypozorovat na základě rozšiřující interpretace zejména článku 8 a článku 12 Evropské úmluvy o lidských právech. Description in English ECHR case law on the issue of transgender significantly affects legal discourse in each country, and the rights of transsexuals seems to be moving towards innovative, open attitude towards transsexuals. This approach can be demonstrated in the expanding interpretation, in particular, of Article 8 and Article 12 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
