Annotation	David Hume vytvářel svouji vědu o člověku s ambicí stát se Newtonem lidské přirozenosti. Jeho skepticismus vede ale k nemožnosti teoreticky obhájit možnost přírodovědy. Jádro vědy o člověku tak spočívá ve dvou oblastech – ve zkoumání mysli a ve zkoumání chování člověka ve společnosti.
Description in English	David Hume built his science of man with the ambition to become a Newton of human nature. His scepticism undermined the legitimacy of natural science. The core of Hume's science of man is twofold – it consists in the analysis of mind and of human social behaviour.
