AnnotationThin transparent TiO2 layers were created on the conductive ITO glass by means of the templated sol-gel technique by three approaches; a dip-coating, a spray-coating and an inkjet printing. Nowadays, there are existed a variety of deposition techniques for the thin layer preparation from liquid precursors. This study deals with comparison of structural and photo-electrochemical properties of the prepared layers deposited by these method.
