AnnotationThe problem of output regulation of the systems affected by unknown parameters is considered here. The problem is solved via the generalized immersion concept which provides in certain cases the construction of regulator using both exosztstem and error measurement. Then, observer based generalized immersion is introduced that provides solution using partial measurement of exosystem only. The main result is that both types of problems are equivalently solvable. Illustrative examples are included.
