    AnnotationMeloxicam, a selective COX-2 inhibitor, whose therapeutic advantage is a low intensity and incidence of undesirable gastrointestinal side effects, supports hematopoiesis. The results suggest the promising possibility to use meloxicam as an auxiliary means reducing the high costs of G-CSF therapy of myelosuppression.
