It was found out that AdDP increases numbers of hematopoietic progenitor cells in sublethally irradiated mice and enhances survival after their exposure to a lethal dose of ionizing radiation. The results obtained suggest the possibility to enrich the spectrum of clinical indications for administration of AdDP with the states of myelosuppression of various etiology.
