Monografie vysvětluje vývoj hospodářské a podnikatelské etiky v České republice v kontextu vývoje této mladé disciplíny v USA a Evropě. První část nabízí zasvěcený pohled na vývoj teoretického poznání a systematické uspořádání hlavních přístupů a konceptů v disciplíně, která dosud nemá sjednocující teorii. Druhá část je zaměřena prakticky. Charakterizuje hlavní nástroje prosazování etiky a představuje poznatky o chování subjektů soukromého i veřejného sektoru z etické perspektivy.
Description in English
The monography explains the development of economic and business ethics in the Czech Republic in the context of the development of this discipline in the US and Europe. In its first part, it provides a knowledgeable picture of the development of theoretical knowledge and offers a systematic overview of the main approaches and concepts in a discipline which still lacks a unifying theory. The second part characterises the main instruments of ethics management and presents findings about the behaviour of enterprises and public sector organisations.
