Stávající stav evidence podkladů ke svahovému území Řečica není zcela optimální. Informace o jednotlivých podkladech nejsou centralizovány, ale jsou rozdistribuovány v různé formě na mnoha často velmi problematicky dostupných a dohledatelných místech. Při tomto stavu dochází k velice složitému dohledávání relevantních informací, případně k jejich redundanci, což vede ke vzrůstajícím nárokům na potřebný operační čas a technické prostředky. Rovněž analýzy různého charakteru prováděné nad nekompletní sadou vstupních dat mohou často vést k zavádějícím výsledkům.
Řešením tohoto stavu je nynější přechod k využití databázových technologií, které v tomto ohledu přináší mimo základní funkci komplexní evidence datových podkladů i řadu dalších nesporných výhod.
Nově vytvořená relační databáze čítá v době předání 879 záznamů, tematicky rozdělených do 7 atributových tabulek. Jednotlivé záznamy jsou tvořeny kombinací textových, číselných, časových a automaticky počítaných položek (tzv. atributů). Stěžejními evidovanými položkami jsou údaje ve formě hypertextového odkazu, umožňující komfortní přístup ke všem konkrétním datovým podkladům jednotné evidence.Description in English The subject of the assignment was the requirement for the design and implementation of a solution for a unified register of data bases for the locality of a slope landslide area at VD Šance Řečica, using database technologies.
The current state of registration of documents for the slope area of Řečica is not entirely optimal. Information on individual documents is not centralized, but is distributed in various forms in many often very difficult to access and searchable places. In this state, there is a very difficult search for relevant information, or their redundancy, which leads to increasing demands on the required operating time and technical resources. Also, analyzes of a different character performed on an incomplete set of input data can often lead to misleading results.
The solution to this situation is the current transition to the use of database technologies, which in this respect brings, in addition to the basic function of comprehensive register of data, a number of other indisputable advantages.
The newly created relational database counts 879 records at the current time, thematically divided into 7 attribute tables. Individual records are formed by a combination of text, numerical, time and automatically calculated items (so-called attributes).
