    AnnotationDynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) MRI can provide maps of perfusion parameters useful for diagnostics and treatment monitoring, mainly in oncology. DCE-MRI with advanced pharmacokinetic (PK) models leads to a more complete set of estimated perfusion parameters (including blood flow, F, and permeabilitysurface area, PS), but it is less reliable, especially in estimates of F, mean capillary transit time, Tc, and extraction fraction, E, due to illconditioning, see Fig.1. We suggest to use additional information regularizing the DCE estimation process by combining it with arterialspin labeling (ASL).
