Annotation	Miniaturní malby byly analyzovány v experimentálně stanovených a optimalizovaných podmínkách environmentálního rastrovacího elektronového mikroskopu a pomocí světelného mikroskopu. Optimální tlak plynu a relativní vlhkost byla nastavena pro minimalizaci poškození vzorku. Byly použity speciální detektory pro snímání obrazu při nízkých dávkách.
Description in English	Miniature painting were analysed in experimentally reached and optimised high pressure conditions of environmental scanning electron microscope and using light microscopy. Optimal gas pressure and humidity were set to minimise sample damage. Special detectors were used for low dose imaging of surface morphology.
