Description in English The study is concerned with two book gifts, devoted from Jan Makovský, tutor of Rosenberg noble family, to Petr Vok of Rosenberg. Apart from the manuscript of religious and ethical character, which has not survived and which is known thanks to the latter catalogue of Rosenberg Library, it deals mainly with the printed Lutheran tractate about Holy Communion from 1551. Makovský dedicated the tractate to his former eminent student in 1562 and it has preserved in the Library of Augustinian Monastery founded by St. Thomas Church in Prague. Both exemplars refer not only to persisting contacts between the former tutor and the last member of Rosenberg family after finishing tutor`s official engagement, but above all show the disposition of Jan Makovský to influence religious and ethical attitudes of young Petr Vok.
