Přednáška shrnula základní požadavky Aarhuské úmluvy ohledně účasti veřejnosti v ochraně životního prostředí a zhodnotila stav její implementace v EU a v ČR. Poté představila hlavní interpretační problémy spojené s právem na informace o životním prostředí a způsob, jakým je vyložil Výbor pro kontrolu dodržování Aarhuské úmluvy. Description in English The lecture summarized the main requirements of the Aarhus Convention on participation of the public in the environmental protection and evaluated its implementation in the EU and the Czech Republic. Then it introduced the most serious interpretation problems concerning the right to environmental information and the way how the Aarhus Convention Compliance Committee has dealt with them.
