Effectiveness of the labeling chemistries were investigated by maltopentaose and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde followed by LC/UV and LC-MS analysis. Finally, the more effective hydrazone formation technique was applied for oligosaccharide and N-linked glycan analysis by CE/LIF.
