A key part of the work
reveals a less known role of the large gold agglomerates in the oxidation process. Ce0.5Zr0.5O2 was impregnated with a constant volume of aqueous solution of gold(III) acetate. The concentration of the solution varied in order to obtain different gold loadings. The samples were calcined 5 h at 500 °C to obtain highly stabile and robust catalysts. H2-TPR and OSC measurements confirmed the positive effect of gold loading on reducibility and oxygen mobility.Workplace Institute of Chemical Process Fundamentals Contact Eva Jirsová, jirsova@icpf.cas.cz, Tel.: 220 390 227 Year of Publishing 2020 Electronic address https://dechema.converia.de/custom/media/EuropaCat2019/EuropaCat_BOA_Poster.pdf
