I focused on the persons involved in its creation and activities and on the importance of books and the Ghetto library for Terezin inmates. I described also the collection of Hebrew books stolen by Nazis from European Jewish Libraries which was relocated to Terezín in 1943. Finally, the lecture outlined the fate of the books kept during the WWII in Terezín after 1945, mainly their redistribution from Czechoslovakia between 1945 and 1949.
