Tato aktivita je dána díky piezoelektricitě kolagenu a pohybu elektrolytů ve struktuře kosti. Pohyb iontů vyvolává mimo elektrických účinků i magnetické pole, což stimuluje kmenové buňky v okolní tkáni k diferenciaci do osteoblastů. Navržená experimentální sestava umožňuje generování elektrických pulzu pro možnost studia chování diferenciace kmenových buněk směrem k osteoblastům a při vývoji kostních implantátů. Description in English Bone tissue is electrically active under mechanical loading. This activity is due to the piezoelectricity of collagen and the movement of electrolytes in the bone structure. In addition to electrical effects, the movement of ions induces magnetic fields, which stimulate stem cells in the surrounding tissue to differentiate into osteoblasts. The proposed experimental set-up allows generation of electrical pulses to study the behavior of stem cell differentiation towards osteoblasts and bone implant development.
